While living and raising my children in Fanwood it can be very easy to forget all the blessings we have.
The recent terrorist attacks in Paris, and in other cities around the world on innocent people that were just going about their lives, is a reminder to be extra thankful for our families, friends and our community of Fanwood.
I hope all Fanwoodians continue to reach out to their neighbors who might be alone this Thanksgiving and offer their home and table. I always find that small gestures of kindness are always well received and is what keeps us human.
This Thanksgiving I wish all Fanwood residents a peaceful day with their loved ones and prayers for those that are currently serving our country whether it be here in the United Sates or overseas.
Mayor of Fanwood
