In an effort to assist dog owners, this event will also be a way to encourage owners to obtain a dog license for their canine.  Licensing information can be obtained in person at the Fanwood or Scotch Plains Municipal buildings and information is available on both of the town websites. The fee ranges from $6.20 to $15 depending on whether your dog is spayed/neutered, and depending upon which town you live in.
