"It's definitely an honor,'' said McGuinness. "Union Catholic has done so much for me and it's been so easy to get involved here, now finally I can reach that peak and give back to the school. My goal is to keep things rolling and hopefully incorporate some new things. I'm very excited for this opportunity.''

Power said she's looking forward to making a difference at UC.

"I think all of us are empowered people and I think we'll all make a positive impact,'' said Power. "I think we make a great team and will represent the school in a very positive  way.''

Degnan said it's an honor to be chosen by her peers.

"I'm super honored,'' said Degnan. "It's nice to know that were chosen by our peers. It's so exciting because I love being involved and this is a great way to make a difference and help out the school.''

Jusma said he can't wait to make the next school year another great one here at UC.

"I'm certainly honored,'' said Jusma. "I'm looking forward to helping all the students in the school anyway I can.''
