Wardlaw-Hartridge First Graders Share Books at Publishing Parties

EDISON, NJ -- First graders at The Wardlaw-Hartridge School in Edison presented their own written work and illustrations at class publishing parties on Feb. 2-3.

The students went through the entire writing process, beginning with a rough draft and various stages of editing. They added colorful illustrations and the books were bound into hard covers. The students were proud to share their stories and pictures with parents, teachers and friends.
