The Westfield Memorial Library is pleased to announce that the Library is extending even more privileges to Middlesex and Union Reciprocal Agreement Libraries (MURAL) cardholders. MURAL patrons belong to 43 participating libraries in Middlesex and Union Counties.

MURAL patrons do not live or work in Westfield, but they are allowed to borrow materials from the Westfield library, as long as they have a valid home library card. Now MURAL patrons can borrow White Label DVDs, which are the most recent DVDs, for $1.50 a day.

MURAL cardholders can also borrow Children’s White Label DVDs for $1.50 per day, and Blue Label DVDs, which are older items, for $1.00 per week. Children’s Playaways and Playaway Views can also be borrowed at no charge. A Playaway is a self contained, digital audio book, and a Playaway View is an all-in-one video player in a simple, portable, durable format.
