Widespread Power Outages Hit Scotch Plains-Fanwood, Other Union County Towns Friday Morning

SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ — Customers are reporting widespread power outages across Union County Friday morning.

Outages are affecting several towns, including Scotch Plains, Fanwood, Westfield, Clark, Union, Cranford, Garwood, Roselle Park, Rahway and Elizabeth. Outages have been reported along Hetfield Ave. in Scotch Plains and in other parts of the town, according to PSE&G's outage map.

According to Scotch Plans police, PSE&G is working on all issues.
