One wrestler who started the season under the radar and blossomed this season is Jeremy Lenart, the No. 2 seed at 113 lbs.

"Jeremy has really impressed," said team captain Jack Cannon. "He's only been with us for two years and already has 20 wins. He wrestles tough."

"Going into districts we have a lot of wrestlers in good positions to do well," Coach Fabiano said. "They all need to wrestle their best and leave it all on the mat. As a team I hope we place top 3, and individually I hope we can have a couple champions!"

Weigh-ins begin at 8:00 a.m., and the first match of the day will start at 9:30 a.m. Each athlete will compete in up to four matches (pre-quarters, quarters, semifinals, and finals), and the top three finishers in each weight class will move onto the regional tournament that begins on Wednesday, Feb. 22 at Union High School and continues on Friday, Feb. 24 and Saturday, Feb. 25.
