2/5                        Jason Jefferson Age. 32 of Plainfield Ave. Summit N.J. was arrested for a $1,878 outstanding warrant issued by the Plainfield court.  Off. Pearson stopped Jefferson for a motor vehicle violation on Route 22 and discovered the warrant.  He was transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.

2/6                        A custodian at Park Middle School reported a Theft at the school during the night.  He stated that unknown suspect(s) removed a power cord from one of the buses.  The cord is worth approximately $50.

2/6                       A resident of Cooper Rd. reported being a victim of Criminal Mischief. She stated that sometime overnight unknown suspect(s) damaged the light post at the end of her driveway.

2/6                        A patron at a restaurant on Route 22 reported being a victim of a Theft.  He stated sometime during the night unknown suspect(s) removed money from his jacket pocket.

2/6                        Christopher Andrews Age. 30 of Post Dr. Plainfield N.J. was arrested for a $1,180 outstanding warrant issued by the Clark court.  Off. Luciano stopped Andrews for a motor vehicle violation on Route 22 and discovered the warrant.  He was transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.

2/6                        Mandel Sly Age. 24 of Sunset Pl. Scotch Plains N.J. was arrested for a $436 outstanding warrant issued by the Woodbridge court. Off. VonLangen stopped Sly for a motor vehicle violation on Mountain Ave. and discovered the warrant. He was transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.

2/7                       Louis King Age. 32 of Florence Ave. Plainfield N.J. was arrested for Obstruction of Justice. Off. Richie stopped King for a motor vehicle violation on Route 22 and while speaking to him King gave several names and date of births. He was placed under arrest and transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.

2/9                       Arturo Yanez Age. 20 of Monroe Ave. Edison N.J. was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.  Off. B. Belford stopped Yanez for a motor vehicle violation on Cooper Rd and while speaking with him he observed the Marijuana.  He was placed under arrest and transported to H.Q. where he was processed and released.
