Missing NJ Baby Found After Amber Alert Issued, State Police Say

NEW JERSEY — Following an Amber alert issued Monday, authorities have found an infant reported missing, state police said.

"Chinna Payne, a 2-week-old baby girl, of East Orange, N.J. has been safely located," state police said in a Facebook post.
