SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ --  Union Catholic High School will host its 5th annual business networking luncheon on Thursday, April 11, at Shackamaxon Country Club in Scotch Plains. The program will feature a panel discussion moderated by Joe Connolly, WCBS Newsradio 880 Business Reporter.
