EDISON, NJ-- Middle School swimmers at The Wardlaw+Hartridge School in Edison set two school records last week. 

Phoebe Kaplan of Scotch Plains set a new school record in the 50-yard breaststroke with a sizzling time of 36.70 seconds. Phoebe also joined Tom O’Connor of South Planfield, Coco Lee of Edison and Sammy Faust of Westfield to establish a new standard in the 100-yard freestyle relay. The four swimmers each sprinted one lap in the pool for a combined record time of 53.29 seconds.
