The event is open to the community and celebrates the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Now in its 10th year, the day was created by volunteers for volunteers and has become a celebration of the interwoven, connected and compassionate community we create together.

The opening program and volunteer fair start at 9:30am at the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA, 1340 Martine Avenue, Scotch Plains.
