EDISON, NJ -- The Wardlaw+Hartridge School in Edison received a school record six nominations from the Montclair State University's Theatre Night Foxy Awards in recognition of the performance of its original fall play The Tenants. Three W+H senior actors are among the nominees in a talented field that included 74 high school submissions.

Below is a list of the W+H nominees:

  • Outstanding Work of Innovation & Invention - The Tenants
  • The Peter Filichia Award for Pushing the Envelope in Academic Theatre - Becky Randazzo, Director
  • Outstanding Performance by a Supporting Actor in a Work of Innovation & Invention - Sahil Mulji of Edison 
  • Outstanding Performance by a Supporting Actress in a Work of Innovation & Invention - Kallie Schildge of Westfield
  • Outstanding Performance by a Supporting Actress in a Work of Innovation & Invention - Mayah Nissim of Scotch Plains
  • Outstanding Achievement by an Acting Ensemble of a Work of Innovation & Invention - The Tenants

The virtual ceremony will be held Tuesday, May 19.
