SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ -- The Scotch Plains-Fanwood Graduation Committee (composed of PTA members, school administrators, local government, law enforcement and faculty) has planned a Car Parade to celebrate and honor all of our senior class students, due to these unprecedented times as a result the COVID-19 pandemic.

Taking place on Tuesday, June 23, at 2:30 p.m., the Car Parade will move through the Scotch Plains-Fanwood HS campus. Each car will stop to receive a congratulatory gift from our PTA, exit the campus onto Evergreen Ave., and continue with the parade route as diagrammed in the attached Parade Route document.

"We ask that the graduate does not drive the vehicle and is seated in the front passenger seat, and preferably dressed in their cap and gown," wrote Dr. David Heisey, principal of SPFHS, in a letter to the Class of 2020.
