EDISON, NJ -- Lower School students and parents soaked in the atmosphere complete with chili dogs, S'mores and a crackling fire while enjoying many good books and activities at Camp Read-a-lot, held Oct. 17 in the AP Room at The Wardlaw+Hartridge School in Edison.
Participants visited stations run by teachers and Middle School student volunteers to work on crafts, record "my favorite book" and play other interesting games. Faculty guest readers shared their favorite books to students snuggled in blankets and sleeping bags.
