EDISON, NJ -- Although it took place early in the evening, last Friday’s Laidlaw Lights had the feel and atmosphere of the Midnight Madness sessions many basketball teams use to kick off their seasons.
The boys’ basketball teams made a grand entrance into a darkened Laidlaw Gym, with the cheerleaders providing spirit and the fans going wild. The fun included the players and cheerleaders showing off their skills, a half-court challenge, skills contests, intra-squad scrimmages and more.
