According to the GoFundMe page, Kling suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and requires 24-hour care. She is unable to perform basic tasks such as eating, washing, or using the bathroom by herself. At times, she has nerve pain in her jaw that prevents her from eating or speaking. She needs care from home health aides around the clock and has accrued an excessive amount of debt due to how much care she requires. She now needs assistance in paying the home care agency back.

The page says that her hours of care have been reduced to 6 hours a day because of how indebted she is. Unfortunately, the funds are needed as soon as possible.
