SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ -- Having just reopened after a six-week hiatus, No. 1 Chinese Kitchen has generously participated in several donation events, including providing 23 meals to front line workers at two ICU units at Overlook Medical Center in Summit.

The SPF FLAG delivery also included 20 hot sandwiches from Florence Ravioli along with ice cream sandwiches from Scoops.

Established by Maggie Savoca, the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Front Line Appreciation Group (SPF FLAG) has provided $25,000 worth of meals to medical professionals and other healthcare workers on the front lines in the battle against COVID-19.
