FANWOOD, NJ -- The Chelsea in Fanwood is hosting its annual Women’s Healthy Heart Social on Thursday, Feb. 6, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., in conjunction with the national "Go Red" Women’s Heart Health campaign.

To dispel the myths and raise awareness of heart disease & stroke as the number one killer of women, the American Heart Association (AHA) created Go Red For Women, a passionate, emotional, social initiative designed to empower women to take charge of their heart health. Go Red for Women, is a comprehensive platform designed to increase women’s heart health awareness and serve as a catalyst for change to improve the lives of women globally.

It’s no longer just about wearing red; it’s no longer just about sharing heart health facts. It’s about all women making a commitment to stand together with Go Red and taking charge of their own heart health as well as the health of those they can’t bear to live without.
