SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ -- The JCC of Central NJ (1391 Martine Ave., Scotch Plains) will host a Women’s Heart Health Fair that will be open to the public on Saturday, Feb. 8, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. The event will feature blood pressure checks, a mini low-impact cardio class, guest speakers, healthy snacks, vendors, a tricky tray raffle and a special appearance by Somerset Patriots mascot, Sparkee.

Attendees are encouraged to proudly wear red in recognition of the American Heart Association’s “Go Red for Women” heart health awareness campaign. Each family will get a free gift bag and a two-week guest pass to the JCC. Call 908-322-2242 for more information.
