The Stressed Family: Presentation at the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA on Sept. 26

FANWOOD/SCOTCH PLAINS -- Maria Sikoutris Di Iorio, Clinical Director of the Hellenic Therapy Center, will offer a free program, The Stressed Family, at the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA on Tuesday, Sept. 26 at 9:30 a.m.

"When a family becomes stressed, everyone feels anxious. The anxiety moves easily from person to person in the family," says Di Iorio. "Anxiety that affects one, affects all. In this workshop, learn how to monitor and regulate self and see the importance it has on other family members."
