FANWOOD, NJ -- Following the death of Fanwood resident Meghan Crilly, Derek Armstead, the Mayor of Linden, is calling for the hit-and-run driver of the car that hit the 35-year-old teacher to turn himself in. 

For those who don’t know, Meghan died from injuries she sustained in a hit & run accident in Linden . We are pleading for the driver to come forward. There is a $10,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in the case. Surveillance cameras have identified the suspect’s vehicle as a red Jeep Grand Cherokee that may have some front-end damage near its lower grill area.  -- Mayor Derek Armstead
