Congregation Beth Israel in Scotch Plains will hold a community Seder on the first night of Passover, Friday, April 19, at 6:30 p.m. The Seder is open to both members and non-members of the synagogue. Rabbi Howard Tilman of Congregation Beth Israel will lead the family-friendly seder.
Congregation Beth Israel is an egalitarian Conservative synagogue, serving Scotch Plains, Fanwood, Westfield and surrounding towns. The community Seder will be strictly kosher for Passover.

Adults cost $40 per person and children (2 – 12 years old) cost $20 each. Children under two years of age can attend for free.
