UNION, NJ -- Madison Johnson scored 20 points asUnion Catholic jumped out to a huge early lead as the Vikings rolled to a 64-22 victory over Union on Thursday.    

Johnson, a junior who has scored 20 or more points in nine games this season, is now averaging 17.4 points per game this season.

UC, which has won three straight games to raise its record to 14-3, put this game away with a 24-0 first quarter run and led 43-2 at the half.

Junior Sabrina Araujo had 13 points, and senior Abbey Ortiz added 10 for Union Catholic.

The Vikings will be back in action on Saturday on the road vs. Middlesex at 11:30 a.m.
