SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ --  Caroline Morgan scored with 15 minutes left in the game to give the Union Catholic girls soccer team a 2-1 victory over Linden on Thursday. The red hot Vikings have now won five of their last six games to improve to 6-4 on the season. 

UC took a 1-0 lead when Sofia Alves converted on a penalty kick in the first half. Linden tied the game at 1-1 in the second half before Morgan tallied her ninth goal of the season to secure the victory.

UC goalie Ashia Ellison continued her great play by making five saves for the Vikings.
