SCOTCH PLAINS/FANWOOD, NJ -- The Scotch Plains-Fanwood girls swim team improved to 7-3 on the season with a 96-64 win over Union on Tuesday, Jan. 21, at the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA. The Raiders won every event of the meet.

Sofia Corsaro won the 200 IM and the 100 Butterfly. Camille Cook won the 50 Free and was part of the victorious Medley Relay and 200 Free Relay teams. Kaitlyn Lusk finished first in the 100 Free and in two relays. Emma Route won the 100 Backstroke and led off the Medley Relay. Stephanie Brown took the 200 Free, Helena Chan won the 500 Free, and Sophia Leonetti won the 100 Breaststroke. Chloe Burfeindt swam on two winning relays.

The Union County Girls Swimming Championships will take place at Rutgers Sonny Werblin pool on Sunday, Jan. 26, beginning at 1:30 p.m.
