MAPLEWOOD, NJ - The Columbia High School Music Department will host a Chamber Music Festival on Thursday, April 21 and Friday, May 20.
 
Todd Van Beveren, Orchestra Director at Columbia High School, organized the series, which is funded by the Achieve Foundation and the Columbia High School Music Parents Association (CHSMPA).
 
On Thursday April 21, the American String Quartet will conduct workshops with students during the day, and then present a concert at 8 p.m. in the Columbia High School auditorium.
 
 
On Friday, May 20, the Lark String Quartet will conduct workshops with students during the day, and then present a concert at 7:30 p.m. in the Columbia High School auditorium.
 
Both concerts offer free admission for South Orange Middle School and Maplewood Middle School families.
