MILLBURN, NJ - Maplewood restaurant Abril Cocina serves tacos and more from its menu of "modern Mexican fusion" every Tuesday at the Millburn Farmer's Market (in the parking lot at the corner of Main and Essex Streets in Millburn).

Abril Cocina's Executive Chef Mario Valadez is at the farmer's market himself and can answer questions about the various dishes, which are made to order. Offerings change from week to week, and selections have included grilled chicken tacos, pulled pork tacos, and a vegetarian farmers market taco. All tacos come on tortillas that are homemade using a hand press that makes one tortilla at a time, and served with a choice of salsas which range from mild to spicy. Tacos are $2.50 each; orders of three or more tacos ore $2 each.

The Millburn Farmer's Market is open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., through Nov. 10. Abril Cocina's restaurant is located at 175 Maplewood Ave. in Maplewood and is open every day but Monday for dinner and for brunch on Sundays.
