Investors Foundation Grant Will Assist Summit Arboretum in Offering 'Signature Programs'

SUMMIT, NJ -  Investors Bank, through its Investors Foundation -- the mission of which is "to assist organizations in New Jersey, New York City and Long Island that invigorate their local communities with civic-minded initiatives focused on the arts, education, health and human services, and youth programs" - has awarded a $7,500 grant to Summit's Reeves-Reed Arboretum (RRA).

The grant will help underwrite the Arboretum's 'signature programs,' such as "Celebrate Fall," "Daffodil Day," "Nocturnal Neighbors," "Oaks & Acorns," "Discovery Saturdays" and other environmental education programs, enabling RRA to offer them either free of charge or at a nominal fee to all its members

The stated mission of Reeves-Reed Arboretum is "to engage, educate, and enrich the lives of our constituents to become better stewards of nature and the planet."

“Their continued support of the Arboretum is a clear symbol of Investors' encouragement and, most importantly, belief in our mission and our shared goal to serve the community,” according to RRA Executive Director, Frank Juliano.
