MAPLEWOOD, NJ - On Wed. afternoon, May 25, the Maplewood Chamber of Commerce honored Rene Conlon, Executive Director of the Chamber, with a luncheon at Verjus restaurant in Maplewood on the occasion of her retirement from the Chamber, and relocation to Charleston, SC.

The Chamber presented Conlon with an engraved glass plaque commemorating her years of service to the chamber, and many of the guests spoke to the crowd, giving praise and thanks to Conlon for her many contributions to the Chamber and wishing her well in her future endeavors.

In addition to celebrating Conlon's years of service, Rick Gilman, President of the Maplewood Chamber, conducted the annual meeting, and announced the the Board and Officers for the coming year. Gilman will continue as president. Conlon's successor was not announced.
