Sign Up for E-News

  • Grades 2-5: Mondays and  Wednesdays, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. and
    Saturdays 10 a.m. to noon
  • Grades 6-8: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and

Practices begin on November 14, and new participants can try the first few practices for free before registering for the program.

Participants are encouraged to practice as much as they can, but Assistant Coach John Gigante stated that they don't track how many practices each child attends, and that "some kids split their time between wrestling and other sports (like basketball)."

Participants can register by visiting the Columbia High School Wrestling Room on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.  through December 5.
