MAPLEWOOD, NJ – Effective immediately, retail customer services have been temporarily suspended at the Maplecrest Station Post Office, 1767 Springfield Avenue, Maplewood NJ due to plumbing issues.
Mail delivery to street addresses remains unaffected. Maplecrest Post Office Box customers can pick-up their mail at the Main Post Office, 195 Maplewood Avenue.
As alternatives, postal retail customer services are available at the nearby Maplewood Main Post Office, Millburn Main Post Office, and South Orange Main Post Office. Stamp booklets are also sold at face value as a convenience for customers at the Walgreens at 1633 Springfield Avenue, three blocks from the Maplecrest Station Post Office.
No timetable has been established for repairs and the resumption of retail services at the 1,008 sq. ft. leased postal facility.
