Larry Aronson is the owner of Homewatch CareGivers, which serves South Orange and surrounding communities. In May, he was named a 'Star Franchisee' by CNBC after being selected from over thousands across the country.

Recently accredited by CAHC, Homewatch CareGivers of South Orange has a unique model in the home care industry, pairing both a social worker and a nurse with each and every client.

"When clients have an issue with a medication or a change in condition, they turn to us so we can coordinate care with their health care provider and loop in their family, too."

Aronson and his team have previously been named a Leader in Excellence by Home Care Pulse, a satisfaction management firm that surveys both employees and clients to find those business owners who go beyond expectations in home care.
America's Star Franchisees were selected through a partnership with CNBC and Franchise Business Review, which reviewed 28,500 franchisees representing 364 brands between June 2014 and December 2015. Using a variety of metrics, one franchisee was selected from each state as a 'Star' within a top-performing franchise brand.
Homewatch International Inc. is the franchisor that Homewatch CareGivers of South Orange is part of.
