SOUTH ORANGE, NJ  - There are lots of places to watch free movies this summer in South Orange. Whether you're a fan of films outdoors under the stars, or watching a movie indoors in the air-conditioning, here's where to go:

Indoor Movies at Bowtie Cinemas

Bowtie Cinemas at 1 SOPAC Way has free kids movies every Tuesday and Wednesday at 10 a.m. through August 16. Schedule is as follows:

The South Orange Public Library has family movies on alternating Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m. through August 9, and Friday Features every Friday at 1:30 p.m. through August 11. Schedule is as follows:

Outdoor Movies on Floods Hill

As part of South Orange Summer Nights, four "Moonlit Movie" nights are planned in August, with films showing at 8:15 p.m. at Floods Hill in Meadowland Park. Schedule is as follows:

National Night Out
