On June 20, Sergio Garvin, a 39-year-old Camden resident, was arrested for shoplifting at 7-Eleven on Valley Street.  Garvin was placed under arrest and a search revealed a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Garvin was charged with Shoplifting, Possession of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and released on a Summons.
