NJIO Invites Musicians to Open House Rehearsals September 7 and 14 in New Providence

At the beginning of the season, NJIO will hold two open house rehearsals on September 7 and 14. Musicians of all ages and abilities are welcome to join one or all of our orchestras during these rehearsals. It’s the start of a new concert period and the music is new to everyone. Come get the feel of the orchestra and see why the musicians love being a part of the NJIO family! Prelude Ensemble, an ensemble intended for beginning strings, rehearses 4:30-5:30 pm. Intermezzo Orchestra, an intermediate-level full symphony orchestra (strings, winds, brass, and percussion), rehearses from 5:45-7:00 pm and Symphony Orchestra, the more advanced symphony orchestra, rehearses from 7:15-9:30 pm.
