Knee arthritis is not a pleasant experience, and many people are struggling with it every day. If you or someone you know is considering knee replacement surgery, or looking to avoid it for as long as possible, come to an information session on the knee replacement journey. This presentation by local physical therapists can help those in pain make informed decisions about how to meet their goals. 

The speakers will cover :

  • When is it time to undergo surgery?
  • What can you do to prepare for surgery.
  • What does the timeline look like, from surgery day through returning to normal activities?
  • What is rehab and what can you expect ?
  • What are the options if you want to delay or avoid surgery?

The event is free and open to all, but please rsvp to (973) 558-0863 or so we may prepare.
