In these tough times, SOMA Film Festival continues new efforts to bring you films to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. As previously reported HERE, they have made former short films available via their subscriber mailing list and Facebook

Now, they have inked a deal with Film Movement to screen first run international films while theaters are closed due to COVID-19.

The first offering in this new partnership is a psychological thriller out of Iceland entitled, "A White, White Day." This film is about an off duty police officer who begins to suspect a local man for having had an affair with his recently deceased wife. Gradually his obsession for finding out the truth accumulates and inevitably begins to endanger himself and his loved ones.

A White, White Day was premiered at Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), and was a "critics pick" by the New York Times, and Variety

As part of the deal, SOMA Film Festival will collect 50% of your virtual ticket purpose which will go fully towards their operational needs, and their newly founded college scholarship fund for Columbia High students in need.
