SOUTH ORANGE, NJ — What do the teachers do when the kids are out early for an impending snow storm? Some go home quickly too, but some sing about it first!

South Orange Middle School choir director Jake Ezzo and sixth grade English and language arts teacher Brandon Hillman had been thinking about the idea for a snowy Country Roads parody for a while, but Ezzo said when the time presented itself, it was quick to write. Because of today's early dismissal, "We finally saw our opportunity, [then] we both worked on the lyrics throwing ideas back and forth. The combo of ELA and choir teacher made it very efficient," he said.
