A voluntary recall of La Fe Peppers and Onions has been announced by GraceKennedy Foods due to the probable presence of extraneous material, announced the FDA. According to the recall, there could possibly be small pieces of blue plastic in the product.

The product was distributed in the North-East only and has a Batch Number of Lot No #KR043021 and Best Before Date of March 2023.

If consumed, these plastic pieces could cause adverse health consequences, said the FDA.
