SOUTH ORANGE, NJ — In another precaution to help with social distancing, the offices of South Orange Village are closed and drop box for payments has been added. The Village posted the following on their website:

TOWNSHIP OF SOUTH ORANGE OFFICES CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL 3/31/20

As most of you might have known by now that The Village offices are closed to the public through 3/31/20, the Tax department are still available to answer any question that you may have via phone and by email. We are still accepting tax and sewer payments as usual via mail and through our newly installed Drop Box which is located at 76 South Orange Avenue suite 302 to the right of the Tax office entrance door. We are  collecting and processing mails daily during the office hours. Please make use of our easy online payments for both your taxes and sewer. We are currently collecting the 2020 annual sewer bill payments and you can make your payments as you have done in the past with the exception of CASH payment.

NOTE: You can drop your payments in our DROP BOX in our lobby area as indicated above.  PLEASE DO NOT PUT CASH IN THIS BOX. CHECKS ONLY !!!!
