SOMERS, N.Y. - Somers Tax Receiver Joan Ribaudo retired from the town of Somers on Wednesday, May 31. Ribaudo was the tax receiver for 12 years, serving as the deputy tax receiver for nine years and overall with the town for close to 30 years. The town board unanimously appointed Michelle McKearney as Ribaudo’s replacement on Thursday, June 1.
