In memoriam

This is a very sad column to write. One of our reader/writer family members has suffered a terrible loss. Her 31 year old son, who had been “clean” for 10 months, was seduced by a “friend” to try an illegal substance “one more time;” it took his life.

Children are not supposed to die before their parents; it’s not the normal or natural way…but ...

Mall of Tomorrow

I was intrigued reading a recent Letter to the Editor from a Northern Westchesterite who had several suggestions for how a local shopping mall could up its game. The letter offered a sampling of stores the mall would be wise, in the reader’s estimation, to attract as tenants.
