HUDSON VALLEY, N.Y. - Are you struggling to motivate yourself and go that extra mile?

Student-athletes in Halston Media’s coverage area—John Jay, Lakeland, Mahopac, North Salem, Somers and Yorktown—have created a playlist of songs to pump you up.

We reached out to dozens of student-athletes, who each shared a song that gives them extra inspiration either during a workout or before a game.
