A tar-like coasting will be applied before the paving of Allen Road; this substance can damage vehicles. Residents are asked to make alternate parking arrangements and avoid driving on the street.

All road restoration is due to be completed after paving. All dates and times for the project are subject to change; the final paving of Annin Road already was delayed by weather.
