BERNARDSVILLE, NJ - The Bernards boys basketball team built a 10-point halftime lead and went on to a 45-33 victory over Pingry Thursday night.

Owen Loughlin scored 12 points and Alex Kotwick connected for 11 for Bernards (14-3), which won its ninth in a row.

The Mountaineers led, 25-15, at the half, but needed a 13-6 finishing kick in the final quarter to pull away from Pingry, a team Bernards defeated for the second time this season.
