WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ -- The Bernards boys soccer team broke a tie in the second half and remained unbeaten with a 2-1 victory over Warren Hills on Tuesday.

Gilberto Ferreira and J.J. Zaun scored the goals for the Mountaineers (3-0), who outshot Warren Hills, 15-7. Elliot Dietrich made six saves for Bernards.

Hernan Goodoy-Vera and Alex Woelper each contributed an assist for Bernards. Warren Hills fell to 0-3. The Mountaineers will put their undefeated record on the line Thursday on the road against North Plainfield.
