Boys Soccer: Bernards Wins Third Straight

WASHINGTON, NJ - The Bernards boys soccer team won its third straight game on Thursday, defeating Warren Hills, 1-0.

Nico Arza scored in the first half of the defensive oriented game, which saw the two teams combine for just eight shots. Bernards (4-1-1) outshot Warren Hills, 5-3, and Mountaineers goalie Andres Lezme saved the only shot that came his way,

Bernards had defeated Al-Ghazaly, 5-0, on Tuesday. Nelson Ferriera scored two goals in that game and Gilberto Ferreira finished with a goal and three assists. Bernards has not allowed a goal during its three-game winning streak.
