Girls Lacrosse: Bridgewater-Raritan Closes Strong to Beat Bernards, 13-6


BRIDGEWATER, NJ - The Bridgewater-Raritan girls lacrosse team broke away from a halftime tie with seven unanswered goals in the second half for a 13-6 victory over Bernards on Wednesday.

Lizzy Escudero scored four goals and had one assist for the Panthers (1-2), who got three goals and one assist from Sadie Herman.

Kalie Moore and CJ Amster each scored two goals for BRHS, with Madison Bray and Tai Jankowski each connecting for one goal.

Annie Thomas led Bernards (1-1) with three goals and one assist. Elise Cohan netted a pair of goals and Abby Cawley had a goal and an assist for the Mountaineers.
