PEAPACK AND GLADSTONE NJ - Local civic and business leaders gathered at the Natirar Mansion in the Somerset Hills on September 28, for the ceremonial launch of a large-scale renovation initiative for the historic mansion. The restoration project will return the 1912 Tudor to its original grandeur, complemented by a new ballroom event center.

Present for the ceremony were Natirar General Manager Tom Garcia, Hal Powell, Regional Vice President, Sales & Marketing and Ellen Sinclair, Senior Vice President, Operations for BENCHMARK, Peapack-Gladstone Mayor William Muller, Natirar Founder Bob Wojtowicz, Epic Management’s John Epifano, Far Hills Mayor Paul Vallone, MW Electrical Services’ Michael Wojtowicz and ConnectOne Bank’s Bob Murphy.

"Congratulations to Natirar and to Landmark on the groundbreaking for this project," said Mayor William Muller.  "Ninety Acres has already been a success.  The restored mansion will be a great addition to Natirar and to Somerset County."

Set to debut June 2017, Natirar’s transformation will make it the region’s most exclusive retreat for weddings, galas and important meetings, according to a press release from Natirar.  Natirar's partner in the renovation is Benchmark.  Benchmark is a global hospitality company based in Houston Texas.
